Note: Please read all the instructions carefully before filling the registration form.
General Instructions
- All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
- Ensure all details entered are accurate before final submission.
- Each applicant should submit only one registration form. Duplicate applications will be rejected.
- Upload recent passport-size photographs of the Student, Father, and Mother (taken within the last 3 months).

Documents Required at the Time of Admission
- Original and photocopy of Birth Certificate.
- Two passport-size photographs each of Student, Father, and Mother.
- Medical Fitness Certificate from a registered doctor.
- Transfer and Character Certificates (for Class I and above).
- Address Proof for transport facility.
Admission will remain provisional until all documents are verified and the fee is cleared.
